3. Policy Text — Strict No-Storage Policy

We are very clear about this: Policy text and PDF content you upload is processed by our AI and immediately discarded. We do not store, archive, or share your insurance policy content with anyone. The text is sent to OpenAI's Claude API only for generating your analysis. OpenAI does not use this data for training per their API terms.

4. Google AdSense & Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our free tier. Google uses cookies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing history. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings or use the NAI opt-out. We comply with Google Publisher Policies. Ads are clearly labeled as "Advertisement". We do not allow ads for competing insurance decoder services without disclosure.

PolicyDecoder AI provides an AI-powered insurance policy analysis tool: plain-language summaries in 6 Indian languages, claim probability scores (educational only), risky clause identification, and WhatsApp report delivery.

PolicyDecoder AI is an educational and informational tool ONLY. The analysis provided:

• Is NOT professional legal, financial, or insurance advice
• Does NOT guarantee claim success or rejection
• Is NOT endorsed by IRDAI, any insurer, or government body
• Should NOT replace a licensed insurance advisor
• May contain errors or inaccuracies — AI is not perfect
• Claim probability scores are estimates only — actual results may differ

4. Advertising

Our free tier displays Google AdSense advertisements. Ads are provided by Google's algorithms — we do not personally endorse advertised products/services. Ads are labeled "Advertisement". If you prefer an ad-free experience, upgrade to Pro plan.

5. Free and Paid Plans

6. Acceptable Use — You Must NOT

• Upload fraudulent or tampered insurance documents
• Use the service to facilitate insurance fraud
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI system
• Use automated bots for bulk requests
• Share account credentials
• Misrepresent our analysis as professional insurance advice

7. Intellectual Property

All content on claimsamjhe.in — logos, designs, text, code — is owned by PolicyDecoder AI and protected under Indian copyright law. No reproduction without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PolicyDecoder AI shall NOT be liable for: insurance claim denials, financial losses from relying on our analysis, AI errors or inaccuracies, service downtime. Maximum liability limited to amount paid in 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
